Atheneal Helm of....

I have been seeing links of these appearence helms called Atheneal Helm of Ice, Fire, poison or Lightning.

Not a single person i have asked have even heard of them before. the only online resource i can find with these 4 helms even on it atm is Zam (eq2i nor eq2players item databases have it, lootdb doesnt either). I can get no info on where to get them, anyone have any insight on where these are found?
