Gozak Helms - Smart Loot?

I was just wondering if anyone can confirm or refute that the helms dropped from Gozak in MMB are on a smart loot system. So far I have observed evidence that suggests that they may be on smart loot, I just would like to know for sure one way or the other.

My guild has observed that with no brawlers in our raid force, we have had no brawler helms drop, after about 15 kills or so. Another guild has been killing Gozak even longer with no brawler, and has also seen no brawler helm drops. The third guild on our server *does* have a brawler, and *has* seen the brawler helm drop. All this suggests that they are on smart loot, but obviously does not serve as absolute proof.

Has anyone else seen any evidence in support of or against this conclusion? Or could a kind developer let us know? Thanks 8^)

The brawler helm is just pretty rare.

I for one have never seen the brawler helm drop. Honestly, I highly doubt it is smartloot, as I'm fairly sure that Ozyk's cloaks and Umzok's charms are definetely not smartloot.
