start time for station launcher

when i launch the station launcher the only thing that happens is i can see the station launcher in the task manager process tab, (winxp). it takes a few mins to do anything sometimes 5 mins. after it finally does something i get a error saying , error within CheckUpdateNeeded. then when i click ok i get the message unable to load application file from where i installed them at.

I assume you were able to correct the issue after identifying the cause? If not, I would advise using the following website for router configuration info:
