broken in windows 7

cant even get the game to run

There was a problem decompressing the file C:Program Files (x86)Sony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempassetdb.dll.gz. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.

from station launcher-- guess you guys dont want anyone to play this who has windows 7-- time to cancel sub i guess....

Try running the regular launcher of the game... several users are running windows 7 just fine.

You can also delete the file that it is having issues with and have the patcher redownload it to see if that helps.
