Flames of Velious upgrade??

I have the apprentice version of spell in my skills but I can't find where to upgrade it to journeyman or expert. Can anybody please enlighten me?

You need to have a sage 'craft' the spell or buy it from the broker...

That's what I thought. Unfortunately, my 41 sage does not have the spell in either essentials book or advanced book.

I am trying to find out where I need to go to get this.

Initially it was a reward from Splitpaw adventure pack line or so. Try to look for it on the broker.

Flames of Velious is a Bloodlines spell.

To get upgrades, you either need to get your Sage through the questline until you can purchase the books Sage's Study of Ancient K'Lorn Magic, and Advanced Sage's Study of Ancient K'Lorn Magic from the merchants in Nektulos (one for the Journeyman and one for the Expert version of the spells), or you need to find a sage who already has the books.
