![]() After this morning's log in server issues, I came back this afternoon , logged in successfully, only to be booted after camping to change toons. Now when i try to log in , says i dont have an active account. I have checked my acct is currently payed up todate. Any help ? thanks in advance |

![]() I believe these are 2 seperate issues. If you are getting the "don't have an active subscription" message then it's probably part of the subscription error we experienced the other day. I believe we ran a script to correct the issue system wide, so it should be fixed by this point. If you're still experiencing it then please send me a PM or contact our support line so that we can get it corrected for you. The cycling log in servers issue sounds like a firewall or modem/router issue. If you haven't already, please power cycle both your modem and router. Remember to leave them both unplugged for around 5 minutes. That will resolve the issue in most cases. If the problem persists at that point then it's probably a firewall issue. Open the exception list for your firewall and delete any entries that contain the words 'EQ2', 'Everquest 2', or 'Launchpad'. Then restart your computer. The next time you launch the game you should be prompted to allow or deny again. Select allow and that should resolve the problem.
