Auto-mentor did not work some quest

Still Lv cap quest checking my real Lv. ex.

Clearing the Way (Greater Faydark) its line quest starter. Lv cap remved, but can not get this and next quest if you already done Crawlers quest while lv capped patch.

Share quest log:Someone is not eligible to receive the Quest "Clearing the Way" (requires having the Quest "Competition" or requires level below 7 or requires not completing the Quest "The Underwood Crawlers")

Goods Down Below(Down Below) cap 2-18lv.

and old city writs. It fixed, and exiled character (not mean exile character) can get both citys old writs. great!(or bug?)

If SOE thinking remove lv cap from lower quest, I will search more capped quest and report.

But looks SOE keeping lv cap for quest and say "Lets try new Chronomagic writs!"

No, I want old city writs and super ultra rare drop quest starter. These are important than fable item for me

Orc Ears for Kresp(Greater Fayderk) looks it has Lv cap.
