Trying to reactivate my account

hey, I am getting a bit frustrated here, I have been offline for a while and now trying to reactivate my account, I go to subscribe on eq2, it asks me if I want addons , and my sub, I hit continue for one month reaccuring, now it asks me for my credit card, I enter it , and hit continue instead of doing anything it gives me the blank form to enter a credit card again with no error message or anything, I enter the credit card once again it tells me that it is already a payment source on the account and it doesnt let me use it , it always automatically brings me to enter your credit card information.. Plz Help.
