The Direct Express Mastercard is a government issued credit/debit card for recipients of monetary Veterans disability benefits. The card is owned and operated by Comerica Bank but issued directly thru multiple US Governemnt agencies like Social Security and Homeland Security Agency. I've tried mine on your site and it wont work. The card is active and has a balance which far exceeds what your program would test to see if funds were available. It's not the card, it's your site. Please look into this so I dont have to buy a prepaid visa next time I want to renew my sub. Thank you.

And yes I have contacted everyone on my end. The card is (and has been) registered and all that stuff just in case your wondering.

Greetings,

Our billing system is functional assuming the card company verifies all of the information we need to check.  It's going to be hard to say what the problem is over the forums, though.  I would advise contacting our support through phone, chat, or e-mail support.  Our contact information is available through the following link:

Thanks for the response however, I use my card at multiple online sites. I order /pizza (remember that? lol) and pay bills, cell phone and other stuff online. Two weeks ago I contacted Comerica and they said the card is working properly and that it is something on your end. I know that Sony has been blocked on all governemnet computers due to misuse by government employees. And thats why I brought the problem to you. Perhaps you guys could contact Direct Express at Comerica because from now on anyone that recieves US governement monetary benefits of any kind will be getting or has already recieved the Direct Express card. It's their newest attempt at reducing papaer checks and direct deposit into personal account problems. It's something you guys might want to look into because I tried my friends card also and his Direct Express wouldnt process on Station.com either.

I'm thinking that they might have a block to Sony or something (like all your games and websites). Shouldnt because its a Mastercard debit, but it's possible. I'll call the phone number in your link but please take this thru your chain of command because its a source of payment for not only me, but many others as well.

We run into this type of issue often with online transactions.  We require address verification on the card to prevent fraud through our service.  Also, some cards will block the charges entirely because online transactions have a high chance of fraud.

That said, you'll really want to contact our phone, e-mail, or chat support.  The credit card decline could be caused by any number of things and we'll need to pull up the account to give you any specific information.  Until then we are just speculating about what the problem might be.
