Charcter stuck in an infinate falling through world loop

I took the griffon from Gorwyn to Butchter Block when it landed it said I fell through the world now Im stuck in this loop of it, I Cant do anything. I have fallen through the world at this location before but this problem didnt happen.

edit: had a gm pull my char out of the zone. Went back in and it happened again so the gm took me out again. I tried deleting all the usual files, caches etc, did a file scan per the gm and the problem still isnt fixed? Any other ideas?

On my own I also tried deleting the butcher block zone files and redownloading, no luck.

Using a cable modem, so I did the usual unplug the modem/router deal to restart everything, no luck their either.

So, if I understand correctly, you will always fall through the world when you stand on that specific spot? Have you tried reproducing the error with another character? On another computer? I don't recall a hole in the geometry there and I have used that tower quite a bit, myself. If it happens again, ask the GM who responds to observe you falling through the hole. Ask them to try standing on that same spot if you can.
