I have a weird issue with the new voice comms. I have 6 characters on one account, 4 of them can use voice comms without issue however the other two can see the channels but are unable to join; unfortunatly there are no error messages.

All characters are played on the same computer and I thought the options for voice comms were per account rather than per character.

Is there any logging that can tell me what is going wrong please ?

This doesn't sound like any of the current issues with voice chat since those would effect all the characters played on your computer.  Are you using a different user interface with those 2 characters?  If so, you might want to see if there's an update available.  If there isn't an update, then you might need to uninstall that UI or wait for an update before continuing to use voice chat.

It could be port issue with the router as well.  You might want to try bypassing the router so you're plugged directly into the modem.  That will tell us if a port is being blocked through that router.

Its the same UI for all characters, the computer is plugged straight into the back of the ADSL modem and whilst there is a firewall it would affect all characters. I plan on deleting all references to the two characters within the Sony folder so it recreates them to see if that fixes the problem

Thanks for your help
