Right, so I used to visit this site for EQ lore but now I can't recall the addy. It was named after a library in EQ. An ancient one, I guess... Anybody have an idea? Any ideas? I'd be deeply appreciative.

Are you talking about the site that had both eq1 and eq2 lore or just eq2 lore?
