I saw in the test notes that when you disabled combat experience you would no longer gain aa's.

Does this only go into effect at a certain level?

I.E. If i am level 50 and want to run every zone i can to get the named aa points i am required to leave my combat exp on, if that is the case it is highly likely to out level the mobs turning them grey to quickly in order to take advantage of that aa, forcing me to only be able to get aa threw quests?

If you read carefully you'll see "conversion", meaning this only affects those converting combat exp into achievement exp, meaning level 80s only.
