Characters not showing in guild recruitment window

i cant see myself in my guild recruitment window, or anyone else in my guild.

i am running eq2maps and profit ui, have done a petition about this and have been told it is not an issue on your part, but it is my ui's ? but i can see loads of other guilds... and i know for a fact they are using the same ui's i am.

i am using current versions, all have been updated.. i have deleted my ini files and done a complete file scan, incase this is the issue.. nada zip zilch

i have been told by one person that they can see me in the guild recruitment window, but i cannot see myself...

any idea's other than, "please get rid of your really helpful and useful ui's and it will all be fixed waa-la?!?"
