This is the error i have been recieving for quite some time now, i never had an issue before tho i think i have been having it more since vista, and my xp machine has exact same file this machine does as i copy them over the network.....

When this error happens i crash obviously sometimes it will happen twice within 5 mins of logging back in other times not at all....
