critcal mitigation for a non raiding warden ?

Hello,

does it make sense to spec the critical mitigation buff at 170 ? Does it help me remakable when healing hard heroic nameds ?

Although epic named are the most likely to do the x2, x3 ect crit, some heroic named can do it too I am pretty sure from dev post when TSO came out although I dont if any one made a list of them.
