Assassin Epic Weapon Quest Bug

I have an assassin friend who cannot get past the Chelsith part where after you clear the zone the statues do not become clickable. A GM stated the qeust was indeed bugged for him but was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if it has been fixed since we last tried a week ago?

I finished the Assassin Epic only about 2 weeks ago. The chelsith part worked flawlessly for me.
