Log In servers down?

I keep jumping from one log in server to the next...over and over. Are the servers down?

I can't even get into my EQ trial account i just made.....EQ as in the first one, EQ1.

Sigh!!!!! It's 5:23pm EST the update took place at 10:00am EST [Removed for Content]????? Are the servers EVER going to come back up??? I pay to PLAY the game NOT wait for the server to work!

they came back up for about two or three hours, it looks like something got borqed in the update.

I'm also from the East Coast and the update was finished by 11:00 AM Eastern Time because I was here and played on it until about 1:30 PM. I logged off then and have come back to servers being down. I don't know when that occurred nor how long they have been down. The Network page indicates that my server, Guk, should be up. It's not.
