NOTE: The large paragraph is very confusing, please just at least read the actual request at the bottom.

About 30 minutes ago I went on the EverQuest II website and clicked on the free trial area. I downloaded the installer for the trial and after I installed it I had to register an account using "station" this worked fine. When I logged in to EverQuest, it told me I did not have a subscription, so I clicked on the 14 day trial button. It led me to a station login screen, where I typed in my password and username, which then lled to a page saying that I had succesfully logged in. The page had no links on it or anything accept the fact that I ahd logged in. I went to the station website in firefox and logged in, and clicked on free trials, and then EQ2. It asked me to download station launcher. So I did. Then, station launcher opened up a window that led to a login screen, which led to a "no escape" successful login screen (again) I managed to get to the free trial section in the station launcher browser, where I clicked on EQ2 again, causing it to ask me to dowload station launcher, even though I was using station launcher. I went to the Station costumer support page, which had no contact information whatsoever. Finally I found this forum, and this board. Then I couldn't figure out how to post. Turns out station had logged me out again, even though I had logged in 3 times in the same session so far, and clicked the remember me button.

I am very aware that this sounds confusiing and possibly is a nuisance to readers, but this is exactly what happend and how confusing the system is. I am just asking now if I am an idiot, and it is easy to start a trial, or if station is the least costumer friendly site/program ever. Please help, I really would like to try EQ2.

The easiest way to start the Everquest 2 trial is through the station launcher, available here:

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Simply log into your account and select the 'free trial' option where it shows Everquest 2.  That will start the trial immediately and download all the necessary game files.

That's the problem, I log into station, click the EQ2 button, and it opens a new window asking for me to log in, and when I do, it takes me to that no escape screen again.

Greetings,

Our website was built around Internet Explorer, so you'll want to make sure your version is fully updated.  If the issue persists, then I would advise setting your internet security to the default settings.

1) Select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' in your browser window2) Click "Delete Cookies" on the first tab.3) Go to the 'Security' tab4) Click on each web content zone along the top of the window and select 'Default Level' for each5) Click 'OK', close your browser window, and then reopen it before trying againIf this does not fix the issue then please respond so we can assist you further.
