Essence Siphon, AA spell, resistability is set too low?

Essence Siphon

I'm not sure how many SKs have already gotton this AA spell, but here is my thought on this spell from beta along with live server.

Resistability of this AA spell is set too low as 12%, which is making very hard to make it land on any mob include solo mobs.Considering this is AA spell and cannot be upraded like master spells nor spending more AA to get higher resistability, this AA spell, Essence Siphon should have much higher base resistability. I'm thinking it should be like resistablity 30%-40% harder.

I might be using this AA spell wrong to get such high resist rate, but from my experience in raids, when no Brigands in raid, its way too hard (to almost impossible) to put this AA debuff onto epic mobs.

I'm glad finally fix is comming to "Enchanced Anguish" which I have bug reported from TSO beta despite very small boost, but this resistability issue of Essence Siphon AA should be looked and fixed as well in comming update.
