Hate/Threat Color selection for the Chat window?

I have just started the testing for the new changes and I am having trouble finding where you can change the color of the text for the threat/hate numbers in my chat window I have set up for my combat output.

Either I am just missing it or it isn't there yet, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
