TSO fighter 1 buggy?

Is the TSO AA ability number one (most left) in the fighter line buggy?

Didn't see any difference in the def stance description before and after having spend points (closed and re-opened examination window of def stance of course).

Remember 1% of 20 dont add much stats.

According to the description, five points add 20% to the def stance properties. Nevertheless I did not notice the faintest difference when examining my def stance before and after having spent 5 points.

(I am speaking of the 1st symbol of the second TSO line which is available to all 6 fighter classes - the blue armor icon).
