Anyone have any tips on what things I can turn off in options to get a better gaming experience?  Graphics look great. It's just that I am a little slow in my movements and my reflexes are off.

thx

Hi there

I remembered reading a good guide on this a while ago, I hunted it down and here it is:

Turn off names...  I turn off Player names and I also turn off the Targeting ring..  I leave the target arrow up though.  That targeting ring gave me back 5 FPS alone.

That guide says the shadows are GPU intensive.  Aren't they done on the CPU in EQ2?
