![]() I'm specked out in the meele CAs and was told to make the most out of my dps i also needed to get the adept of the spells also. Is this true will an Adept of a spell make the combat art better? I was always under the impression that we took the CAs so we would not have to keep up with the spells. An help here helpful thanks. |

![]() An adept (or even a Master1) will not change the CA version of the spell in any way. I have never had even an Adpet 1 of any of the 4 CA's in the Mystic tree. The damage amount of your CA's is based of STR (Inital hit) and INT (DoT portion of the CA). |

![]() Buying the spell version will not improve the CA version. There are times when you might want the spell version available though, so you might want to keep your disruption skill up while leveling so that if you decide you need the spell version it is possible to use it. (Also the master strike ability is a nuke which requires disruption skill). I personally didn't take the combat art that replaces the fastest casting nuke, and I used that nuke instead of the combat art and kept my disruption up. Now that I'm higher level I have the combat art, but because I didn't take the combat art at a lower level my disruption skill was maxed without me working on it. |

![]() Took me 3 Chelsith runs as healer spamming my spells to cup disruption from 0 to 400. No big deal. |
