Ok guys...so did they make the sk any better or worse with this new expansion?   Did dmg get much better or worse?  should we go mostly sta,agi  or int because of spells for our dmg?  thnx

Damage, hate and survivability went up.

And your preferences for stats stay pretty much the same.

We got considerably stronger. Dammage is up a good amount. Stats are the same.

I didn't test much and just was on a SoH and TotMC Raid for now but imo we have now the best SK since EQ2 launches.

SK's are better in the new x-pac.  Damage and Hate have been improved nicely.

Reminds me a bit of ripping through all those AOE encounters when KOS launched.  No complaints here.

Nice job Sony.  SMILEY

For tanking your still going to be needing as much STA as you can muster.  INT and STR still as always have been key to producing good DPS.    I save a Tanking Profile on my AA Mirror, using all the goodies in my AA arsenal to allow me to tank the best I can.  And in my Raiding DPS profile I dump all the defensive stuff and go more for damage in your AA choices.  I think we now have decent choices in the 3 AA trees now, to experiment some and depending on how you are using your SK different people like some different builds.  In my guild we have a Guardian still being the main Raid Tank, so us SK's are DPS, and with our Death March are Raid DPS boosters.

All in all, TSO was a blessing for our class.  And I went from being frustrated, to thrilled with our class.  So far TSO has made me fall in love with EQ2 all over again!  Good Job SOE!  Thank you!

This may be the thead to give our thanks to the developers for the SK changes.   Thank you!  I'm slowly earning some of the respect back from fellow players that I had lost in the Kunark expansion.  Each raid and instance makes the other players aware that the SK class is coming back.  More dps and aggro are much appreciated.
