Hiya,my problem is that I need to fill in an answer to my secrete question but I don't have a choice of secrete questions all it says-Please select a Question-which is in a drop down menu. But their isnt a list of secrete questions just the same -Please select a Question-.It won't let me complete the registration as I need to pick a question which doesn't exists????PLease someone help!!!

Upper right hand corner,  Search the Knowledge Base, Chat support. Thier hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM pacific, adjust for your time zone. Currenlty 02:15 there at the time of this post

Ya, sadly this isn't the type of thing I can correct through the forums.

You may want to try resetting your browser security to get this done on your end if you can't call support

1) Select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' in your browser window2) Click "Delete Cookies" on the first tab.3) Go to the 'Security' tab4) Click on each web content zone along the top of the window and select 'Default Level' for each5) Click 'OK', close your browser window, and then reopen it before trying again

If that doesn't work then updating your internet explorer could help as well.
