I'm level 58 just got surging tempest and maxed out AA in it, is it worth casting? And if so what on?

Personal call depending on how you open. I'd use it instead of Incapacitate if it were down or resisted. Good damage up front, then toss the root on while they're stunned.

![]() One of the most important spells late-game, both from PVP and PVE perspective. Be sure to cast it early in the fight, especially if fight is going to last longer than 30 seconds.

![]() It is a good spell but for longer encounters. I maxed out the AAs on this early on too, however I don't think it was worth it. I sat down and realized how often I was actually casting it in a fight and it wasn't much. Max out your Sorc AAs, then work down some of the Wizard ones. There are a lot I'd put points into before Tempest. Ball of Fire, Ice Coment, Resists, Fusion, IceShape/Frostbound. Tempest is good, but not till later on after other things. Fendaria
