Dire Bear Mount

Just out of curiousity, if i DONT preorder the new expansion, will i have to pay for it in-game to have the Dire Bear Mount, or is that just for pre-order?

Pre-order (Non digital download) Only!

I didn't pre-order the KoS expansion. Even though I managed to find money & digital download the 2nd day after release, I can not get a buryni pet (short of getting buddy who is leaving game to abandon it im my house... which wouldn't work for a pet/mount any how).
