My Hard drive went boom on my computer, I ordered another one but it wont arrive for 5 days

This computer im on is alot older, But was able to run EQ1 ok although I dont play eq1 anymore

I spent last night downloading eq2 here hoping that until I got my hardrive if I ran eq2 on Very high performance, and set all the graphic setting to as low as possible ...even though it would look horrible I might be able to log in and talk with friends maybe do some tradeskilling (as im not sure even on low graphics i could do much more0

So anyways eq2 is done, and when I hit the Play button I get an

X Alert. Eq2 requires a Graphics Card with basic pixel shading

then it shuts down

Is there a way I can disable pixel shading completely from the eq2directory that would allow me to play?

Is there anything I can do to this Intel [R] Graphics driver PoS onboard video (computer doesnt have any plug in slots for my newer computers video card... is space on the back of the tower..but no plug in area for the teeth of the card on the motherboard)

Oh and I cant place this harddrive in my other computer with the graphics card because it plugs in different /sigh

I dont care if eq2 looks like nintendo, I just want to be able to play.

Thanks for any replies,

Jay

ooh and before anyone suggests I take a break for a few days and get some fresh air etc, I am homebound disabled. and this is what I do to pass the time.
