i just wanted to thanks you for the quick response and help re-activating my adventure packs. i didnt expect a response so fast and i really appretiate the thought that we are listened to! hehe i think this issue with adv packs being gone after canceling station plus should be looked at. my brother's account did the same thing as well and you will probably get a petition from him too.  once again though GM Rilfrad, thanks for the quick response and fix!Akaroa Boa'Boa    nagafen

This has also happened to me once and about 3 other people I know.I was not so lucky though. I called customer support and the kept insisting that I had to buy the expansion packs, after I had bought them all individually long ago, and then bought the Kunark expansion which was supposed to come with them. I had to explain that to them 3-4 tims before the person on the phone understood.
