odd typo on Shrink?

after either gu46 or gu47 (not sure which, i was forced to leave during gu45 for financial reasons, came back with living legacy), it seems as though SOE changed the text on one of the Shrink icons.in the following screenshot, both of the descriptions refer to the SAME item (Legends of Norrath Cloak), the exact same spell time.the one of the left is the Shrink on the top (right click, examine), the one of the right shows after holding mosue over the Shrink icon on the rightthe Shrink that takes effect on my character appears to be 50%, not 28%. i want it at 50, i like it the way it is, but i can't help but wonder why it says it's a 28% shrink on the top icon list.
