does surround lines focus debuff do anything to mobs

does decreasing a mob's focus skill do anything to it i have not noticed mobs being interrupted from being hit by normal attacksdid not find anything on search34 zerkedit maybe focus resists stifles or interrupt abilities i dunno2 edit i guess this may be a cynicism left over from WoW where mobs did not get interrupted at all it may just be that mobs have maxed focus for their level and i have not noticed it but its happeend that they were interrupted possibly someone has info

Mobs don't have a the Focus skill, debuffing focus is good for nothing in PvE.

how do u know that ?why would they make surround debuff focus and a enhance : surround that mainly improves its focus debuff then?why wouldnt mobs have focus skill as they appear to have every other skill (each skill in some of them)are u saying the devs r incompetent? or that the main game is designed to have pvp only elements which is blatantly untrue in every other area?
