Fire in my torches!!!

I'd really really like to have fire in my torches!! I'm looking for the setting that my 8800 GS 384mb.

my notes indicate "Lighting" > Max torch intensity, but that is for Tish's torches. perhaps that is for all torches. Give it a try? here is a link to the complete guide to display settings here on the forums:
