Hey hey, I just got back in EQ2... And I need see a good tanking AA build for pallies.  I would also love it if some one could post the pally stat priorities, I dont even know what kind of armor/stats that I should be looking for anymore.

Anything on helping equip my pally ready for tanking again...

Hmm...I'm probably not the best person to answer this but I'll chime in since I'm first.

Crusader Line: Str to end, Stamina to end, Int line to finish. Stack as many points into spell crit as you can for int. Also consider getting an AA mirror and saving a second build with the Wis line completed. I'd suggest wis to end, sta to end, str line to finish. While it isn't good enough for all raid tanking, the immunity to fear is very good for some encounters.

Paladin Line: Hero line for end ability, nuff said. Also healing line, wraths line, and last 5 points into raid armorment.

Gear: in t8 avoidence is king for tanking. Do not sacrifice huge amounts of mittigation for agility, but small trade offs of mittigation/stats for lots of agility is perfectly acceptable. Prioritise +defense, +block, and +parry before agility. Anything that says Extra Block or Extra Parry is golden. Also +% to a defence type is very good as well. As for raw stats, unfortunately we use all stats in the game. Int adds to our spell damage and should not be ignored. Str is 3/4ths of our power and affects swing damage. Stamina for obvious reasons is a high priority. Wisdom is 1/4th of our power and affects resistances. Agility as noted above feeds directly into avoidance and is unfortunately a very hard stat for us to raise.

For soloing look for gear that increases DPS. +damage/spell/heal is nice, but +crit gear is even better. +double attack is difficult for us to obtain, but much better than +melee crit. Haste has become easier to obtain as there is a player-made cloak that provides 26% haste and should be your default cloak until you find a better one plus a replacement haste item.

If you arn't playing around in T8, then this isn't really the best advice but honestly there isn't much reason to raid t7 anymore. Good luck and good hunting.

drop tons of plat on parry adornments for your wrist items, (wrists arnt forearms) and get parry adornments for your shield, you could play with AA anyway you like.    I dont see too many people maxing INT line or AGI line, but 4-4-8 in either line is nice(4-4-8INT) is nearly a must. Im gonna steal a post I made from another board.

Im reading some of the old posts about AA's and most of us seem to agree on one thing, WIS line is crappy. It's taken me a while to find the right mix of points here and there, but I think I've got something you all may want to consider. Remember this may only benefit high-end players with VP set gear or some nice SoH stuff even. Str line, why I dont use it. The fast casting is nice, but honestly with a bard I hardly tell the difference ( maybe the first ten minutes after spec'ing out of str). Haste. I prefer high delays so I can nail 2 CA's or spells between auto attacks. I really dont need the hate gain with Traks shield or when using a 2 hander.Agi line, Why I am using it. 4-4-8 Standard deal here, group instances, avatars and SoH trah (4-6 encounters at and time in soh).Sta line, 4-4-5-2 I can live with 64 melee crit (anything over 50 is good), I few points in HP no DA Wis line , 4-4-8-6-2 Standard points here, but I'll tell you why I like it. Battle leadership, we have no increase to range, with this group buff, we are afforded the ability to increase our offense just like guardians; all this stuff only benfits us and our group(I think it is leet). Fearless morale: if you have guildies who break down parses and study the little details they will all tell you how much they love this buff dps and healers alike.Int 4-4-6 The all important spell crit! With this spec, I tank avatars when needed, I off tank adds when needed and do lots of amazzing stuff in instances (like that matters) average VP parses are in the 3k+ range with an occasional 4k, while SoH trash can see @ 5k. And just think fear immunity on Byzola pwns!!!Give it a try for a week or 2 see how it goes, but try to keep your spell crits above 60 and melee crits above 50(sorry non-raiders) I've been using this same spec for about 6 weeks, my group loves it and it has worked out well for my role with my guild (offtank/dps).
