Illusionist + Wizard or, second best - Illusionist + Fury. Can kill anything in game that is not epic.

![]() On the subject of duoing, think a 20 Guardian with 23 Inquisitor be able to hack through the final part of the HQ's Greater lightstone? Heroic instance with waves of 5-10 mobs, seems the odds are against them? |

![]() We do very well with a Warlock and Templar. Warlocks are terrific at soloing, and have some built in goodies to help with power regen. One of these abilities converts health to power. If your with a Templar, the templar can replace the health which in turn you can convert to power. It's a pretty powerful combination

If the mob is immune to stuns as well: Mezz - time wizard's biggest nuke to hit 0.1 secs before the re-mezz. Named has to be immune to roots and stuns and mezzes and snares to avoid this combo.Illusionist + Wizard or, second best - Illusionist + Fury. Can kill anything in game that is not epic. |

Ya im gonna say a rouge and a warden. I guess you could go fury to for some extra dps, but I think a warden is just an all around good hot healer. Swash or brigs are pretty good at not taking full dmg, and can turn the mob with way and that and cripple it.

Originally my farming duo was defiler+monk, then I did defiler+Sk, and finally Fury+Swash. I would have to say that melee + healer is an easier duo to play and does pretty well taking down "easy" names, but it is very lacking on a harder content. Some mobs hit far too hard, some mobs charm, some mobs fear, etc. And kiling speed of tank + healer will always be relatively mediocre. While it is very fun to blow things up in RoV or CT, it gets much harder in CMM, Chardok, Seb or Chelsith.I think the earliest you can see limits of tank+healer is at Butcherblock, trying to do ring event quest while it is still white/yellow (run out of power on healer before the final wave), or trying to kill the Quenn at chessboard (on my melee combos, she always mezzed my healer and killed the tank). Or you can try to do Foombys while it is still yellow. Or you can try killing Queen in Kaladim.Illusionist + Fury is much harder to learn, but will take you much further and will kill stuff much faster and safer once you get the hang of it.

![]() Or you could both be Coercers and solo the names by yourselves and twice as fast together... |

I would say a Coercer and a Wizard. There's someone on Kithicor that two boxed Dominus Atrebe level 83 x4 with those two classes.
