Disconnection Issue

I have recently returned to EQ II and have installed and updated the game. When I run the game and get to my character select screen I get a disconnected from server message. This happens every time. Here's my tech stats:

Please post a tracert.If your getting sum disconnection a hardware profile wont help determine a network issue generally.

While Kithap is a halfling, he is correct.  We will need a tracert and network information.
