From earlier I have the first two expansions, and as far as I can see, I should have access to all four when returning through living legacy.Looking at my account info, all expansions are listed as "entitlement". This should indicate access to all expansions, as they have the same status (and I own some of them). However, when patching, I only get expansion 1 and 2. Running from Qeynos, I was dropped off midair in desert of the sands, flying a carpet towards a place I don't quite remember the name of. I was heading to the Timorous Deep. This made me wonder if I was not supposed to have access there through the promotion...I then reinstalled, and tried making a Sarnak belonging in Timerous Deep. Worked like a charm until I entered the game. The zone was not found, the error box tells me, and suggests a full file scan. Which I did, and which did not find anything wrong. So it appears, the patcher don't think I should have the last two expansions, the account info thinks I have, and the character creation does too. So does the carpet in Shifting Sands...Searching has failed to locate this problem anywhere else, so this new thread was made. If I need to purchase the expansion to get the expansion free, the promotion would be kind of pointless...

It sounds like something is blocking your download of those zone files.  Are you running Windows Vista, and anti-virus, or a firewall on that computer?

I followed the advice in the sticky "Living Legacy and download times".I did not consider this info relevant, as it hinted to speed.I opened ports 7000 to 7010 in my router, but I don't think this did the trick.I then followed the advice on UAC: See here. After this, the launcher downloaded a new login view in 100 languages, and proceeded with a large download of files looking very much like exp03 at least. Things look good.It is much easier to find the error when you know it is supposed to work, and not to mention getting a nudge in the vista/firewall direction.
