Trying to return to game

I download the installer everything is fine. Also I did this for EQ1 and everything works great.

When i try to instal the eq2 launch i get this message. I am using 32 bit vista.

Please help

Are you using the Launcherhttp://launcher.station.sony.com/or the launchpad?http://everquest2.station.sony.com/install I do not recognize the errors that you posted. You may want to post your DXDIAG as well.http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=353617
