I'm not sure what's up, but I am unable to see gleaming strike particle effects from when it procs from the sword. I know I can see them overall since my Bow has it as well and I can see when it procs from it. Both of my swords primary/secondary are imbued with Gleaming Strike and I know that it's proccing since I see it in the combat log, but it never visually shows on the screen.Any ideas?

I take it you have already tried tweaking the graphics and particle effect settings?

What types of fights have you been in where you're not noticing the effect?  Is it a solo/group/raid situation?  What do you have you 'max spell effects per character' set to in your performance options?

It's been all solo fighting and max spell results is set to max, 8.

I guess I should also mention that I am able to see spell effects that happen on my swords themselves. Like when I use the CA Pierce. The swords both "light up".So I just can't see gleaming strike when it hits the mob.

It's unusual to the say the least, but I still haven't found an answer to this.I have even formatted my computer and am running off a fresh install of EQ2 and running on Very High Graphics and still am not seeing Gleaming Strike, but I can see Sanguine feedback./boggle
