Launcher issues

SO i load EQ...and as soon as i hit the launcher i start having issues. first it says the ip__ something wont work, so i read up and solve that mess. now its saying Launcher wont run properly unless i have admin rights...which i do...or at least should..since i got this computer friday. It will update...but then it'll stop. not even say canceled...just stop and i thinkk its tied in to the Launcher wont run without admin issues.

I have Vista as well, and its getting slightly frustrating. ANything i can do?

nvm. after taking the time out that i should have done in the first place to read 6 pages back, i found a solution. Impulse panic post ^^;
