I bought a new desktop.  What is the best way to transfer the game?  Just copy it from one computer to the other or, load all the disks again and then updated the expansion?

I hope this is the right forum for this.

 Thanks,

 Luci

Just copy the folder.  There is no reason to go through the trouble of reinstalling from the disks.

And the game will just start and play when I start it?  Or, will I have to do something more?  Sounds way to easy.

it IS just that easy SMILEY

You will have to reload the patcher files, but that only takes a few minutes.  Oh,a nd dont forget to make a shortcut of the everquest2 application on your desktop.

Usually copying the files from one computer to another works fine.  If you experience any problems then you may want to delete the files listed below and have the launchpad redownload them.cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.ini
