I just finished the Gorowyn starter quest line and the gear was awesome. It seems much better than anything I've seen on the broker for quite a few levels.

So now I'm spoiled and I'm wondering if there are other quest lines that give similar gear for the next higher levels. Or crafted? Or what?

I'm level 25 now so I probably won't be needing good gear for a while now but I'm wondering where I should be headed next to get good gear for the next tier- where and when.

T'anks,

You'll be able to find nicer upgrades around level 60 when you start in the loping plains/KoS. Yah... They sure did a good job of itemizing.

Mastercrafted is OP all the way up to 62.  If you can afford it that is, due to the usual greed of the crafter population. SMILEY

Post Timorous Deep there are really no upgrades until you are ready for level 32 mastercrafted.  There is one exception, though, the sarnak at BB docks starts off a quest series that yields an excellent charm slot item.

I just wanted to disagree with you on this point.  The price of rare harvests determines the price of mastercrafted gear.  Nobody likes harvesting lower tiers lately.

Thanks for the help. I guess I'll start collecting rares for the level 32 Mastercrafted.

I wish the epics didn't use lower level rares - it's driven those prices out of sight.
