Player and target windows with % displays.

There should be an option to show the percentages of health and mana in the player- and in both the target and implied target windows.

Sure, there are mods out there that include these percentages. But none is satisfying. Some have their text distorted with some resolutions, and 99% are just ugly and/or overloaded with exaggerated bars and unnecessary info.

Often mods made by the community are no more working as intended after LUs. So the best would be if the "official" player-, target and implied target windows made by SOE included that information permanently visible - without the necessity of mouse over - which is quite impractical.
