I may have missed this, but did they do away with the TS bonus for creating an item for the first time on Adept 3 spells, I have a 60 jeweler and created 2 diff level 60 adept 3 spells for the first time and did not get the first time bonus |

nope becuase the level 61-63 ones gave me the messageand the special sound , so not sure why, and i had just scribed the books a few minutes before so i know i never made it before |

It's possible an addon might be blocking your view.. Seriously thou, assuming your not level 80 crafter your tradeskill xp bar should move more on a pristine recipie being made versus a normal recipe being made. If you aren't seeing any movement at all then this is something specific with your ui.
