Could someone explain what adorments are? I think they are like item buffs but not really sure so any info would be great. Especially would be interested in what sorts of adornments there are for Necros.

Thanks.

The interactive site has changed address slightly - it's now at http://adornments.h0b0.net/Basically, an adornment is a way to add some extra stats to a piece of equipment.  Transmuters take attunable gear of Treasured quality or higher, and spell scrolls at Adept or Master quality, and break these into their magical essences. Those essences (fragments, powders, infusions, and mana) are then used by crafters to create adornments. The most economical way to get adornments is to set aside some of the loot you get while adventuring and have it broken by a transmuter. Save the powders and such and have those crafted into your adornments.
