First off Id like to say I am glad for the MoA effect to show up once again.  I hate that it was ever taken away and I never understood the reasoning for it.  However, with RoK most people have lost the need to wear it as an upgrade.  Is there any chance that a neck slot can be added to the appearance tab (and maybe mannequins too) so that we could display these?  I would be very happy if that could happen cause I love the look of MoA SMILEY

It's practically pointless unless the effect is made clicky or as the OP requested: neck appearance slot.

Otherwise, only a few people might get use out of it for like 2 weeks as they sail through the 60's? Hardly worth the bother.

even though it's 2 years too late, and pointless now I'm glad someone brought it back. Some of us worked hard on moa when it was out YEARS AGO and could never understand it when they pulled it when eof went live. I just wish it'd never left, because this feels pretty hollow as much as I'm glad it's back.

Hmmmm. As many things that need to be fixed with this game and bringing this back was more important than those?

The longest journey begins with the first step?

When switching to first person mode, you could see the symbol bounce in front of you - that's why it was removed. As (for some strange reason) some people prefer to play first person, this must have been pretty annoying.

I run around with Shield of the Magi and Godking wand when I'm not doing anything too important, just because they look cool. I'll change if I run into something challenging, but if I had MoA (which I don't), I'd probably wear it quite a lot.

Some of us don't like to race through levels.I'm quite happy getting at least 1 level per month per alt.Two of my toons have MoA and are likley to continue wearing it for several months.

I hate to complain but I was very excited to see this update.  Even if it meant still wearing it and not having an appearance slot made available I was still willing to sacrafice the neck stats for the look.  However, you can only have 1 of the three things up at once when using the different fist illusions, the visions of the deep or fury and the MoA.  They cancel each other out instead of all showing up which is sad.  I guess its back to the shelf with my MoA because Vision of the Deep is just much better looking.  /sigh.

Terron, good for you, play how you want to play, but buddy not many players who share your viewpoint even complete the MoA.

I'd say this is a change that effects one of the smallest minorities in the game:

The ultra casual player who actually musters up the gumption to finish the MoA, then spends months and months languishing in the 60's to enjoy it lol.

I'll bet dollars to donuts this is less than 100ppl gamewide.

I'll also bet that a couple of them stumble across this post and reply to it as "proof" that they aren't a minority at all lol.

Going the extra 6inches on this and making it a clicky effect ala Vision of Fury would actually turn this semi-useless update into a viable game-wide update which would please tens of thousands of people.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here, personally I agree w Anestacia and i'd rather use my Vision items from LoN :p
