Gorowyn City Tasks (after level 30)?

Does anyone who in what zone or what NPC give out Grorowyn City Tasks above the level 30? I have completed up to and including the Krukiel Bashers/Mystics/Carvers series from Ankinil Zo'Ri in the Butcherblock Mountains. I am now level 34 and moving on to a new zone and have not as of yet been able to find anyone who gives out a new series. One website I came across states that it should still be Ankinil Zo'Ri, but that he then sends you to the appropriate zone for your level, but so far he is still only offering me the level 30 quests. I have asked several times in-game and no one seems to know the answer, so any help would be appreciated as I don't want to outlevel the 30-35 series.
