EQ2 computer reboots ONLY when i zone (about 1/3 of the time)

there was a post that ended in 2005 by someone who had this same problem. but it ended without any solution. i was hoping that 2 years later, someone might have found the answer... i have a problem where when i zone in everquest 2 (ONLY when i zone) my computer completely resets. it doesn't happen every time i zone, but about 1/3 of the time. sometimes i make it through 8 zones without crashing, other times i will crash on 4 straight zones. i played everquest 2 about 3 years ago and it happened then as well. i have since played wow for 2 years and vanguard and the crashing didn't happen on either of those game (i'd assume it is because neither game has zones (vanguard has chunks, but i wouldn't crash while "chunking&quot SMILEY

. after changes to my computer i have recently started everquest 2 again and the problem is still there, crashing when i zone. any ideas on why i crash ONLY while zoning and no other times on any other games? i'd love it if you guys could help. thanks for yer time. here's my info that the forums suggest I post (had too cut out "services", "running tasks", "directshow filters", "system devices", "direct x" sections post was too long). let me know if any other info would help. Nevermind, it says it's too long i had to cut out just about everything: hp pavilion 05 phoenix - award bios v6.00PG intel pent 4 2.4ghz 1024mb ram directx 9.0c(4.09) radeon 9800 series 128mb realtek ac97 audio

yea, everything is current. i forgot to give the blue screen error code before, here it is: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x804D92C2, 0xB7F7BC98, 0x00000000)
