Recently, I've noticed some discrepancies between writs for "old" cities (Freeport confirmed, Qeynos speculated) and "new" cities (Neriak confirmed, Kelethin and Gorowyn speculated) in the new T8 zones. For those who reside in Freeport (and likely Qeynos), the writ givers on the Kylong Docks will allow you to pick four writs (one per city faction) from a possible eight. For those who reside in Neriak (and likely Kelethin, Gorowyn), the writ givers on the Kylong Docks will allow you to pick two writs from a possible four.Is this intended? As it stands (I just returned to Freeport citizenship because of this, after going to Neriak on the day it was released), those who reside in the old cities can get status far faster than those who reside in the new cities - since less time is spent traveling between where you're doing the writs (Jarsath Wastes for me) and where the writ giver is at (Kylong Plains). As a citizen of Neriak, I could get ~25,000 status in about 30 minutes given travel time.As a citizen of Freeport, I can get ~50,000 status in about 45 minutes given travel time.
