Magic Closet for Gorowyn

Okay, since people in OOC chat are absolutely no help at all, either no one knows or they are being stubborn and not answering. Where is the Magic Closet in Gorowyn?

At the bottom of the city, right by the water. That's as much as I can narrow it down, but it's also right by one of the questgivers and a bunch of frostfell decorations, so I'm sure you can find it from there. Happy Frostfell SMILEY
